Do you ship outside India?
Yes. Our Dubai branch office covers the GCC directly, and for other regions we coordinate export documentation and freight on request — ask our sales desk when you enquire.
What's the minimum order for a bulk or distributor enquiry?
Toggle "Bulk / distributor" on the form and tell us your city — we'll confirm minimum order quantity and slab pricing for your territory within one reply.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering?
Yes — we dispatch board samples with the technical data sheet for both the PVC and WPC ranges so you can check finish and weight before committing to an order.
Do you offer custom sizes or thicknesses?
Standard sheet sizes and thicknesses are listed on our Products page; custom cuts are handled case by case for bulk orders — mention the dimensions you need in your message.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically dispatch within a few working days of order confirmation; timelines for large or custom orders are confirmed at quotation stage.
